Sliding Boom Fitting

The new fitting consists of 3 parts, the T track, the sliding car attached to the Boomkicker and the adjustable stop. The track attaches to the bottom of the boom . The car is free to slide with the stop set by a spring loaded pull knob. To install, attach the track, lift the boom to the highest operating position and run the stop up against the car. Adjusting the height later is easy, whether it's for a change in setup, a different mainsail, a bimini, or just to clear heads. Adjustment does not affect downward travel which is handled by the flexing spring rods.
